I got an email from resorts about them opening a lounge for online gaming near bar one. Why would anyone take the time to go to the casinos to be shut up in a lounge and play online? Seems kinda silly to me.

I could think of a few reasons.
1) If no tables or machines were open or if they were all full for the limits the user feels comfortable playing
2) If they wised to play a table game that they knew, but didn't want to interact or feel pressure from other people at the table
3) Kind of like keno used to be, you can play while you have a sandwich and a drink
4) If they are meeting someone who is running late and might not be there for half an hour of forty-five minutes
5) If you just wish to kill some time
