Aruba casinos

this site says there are 13 casinos in Aruba:

2 of the casinos are near the cruise pier, almost across the street from each other.
Both are Wind Creek (Crystal and Seaport). it's the same Wind Creek that recently bought Sands in PA, i think.
VP is super bad in the Crystal location. it's not as bad at the Seaport location plus they are progressives. i've seen a .25 denom machine with ~$2500 Royal, which made it +EV.
the other 11 are along hotel row, north of the cruise pier.
3 of those are supposedly along the Eagle Beach area:
1) Cabana casino- Small, nothing worth seeing
2) Tropicana casino- Couldnt find it :o
3) Alhambra casino- it's about 3miles north of the cruise pier
large casino. modern slots.
$.50 minimum craps from 7-8pm
vp is good.
$1 denom: 8/5 bp, 9/7 db, 15/9/4/4 dw, 9/6 ddb (but JoB = 9/5)
.25 denom: 15/9/4/4 dw, 8/6 bpd (note: there's only 1 machine in the whole casino like this. it's in the Cove area.)

$1 vp is still the same.
Someone was playing at the uniquely configured .25 machine with almost as good vp but i assume it's the same.
some Table games open at 4pm.
Craps opens at 7pm.
There's a $10 matchplay if you sign up for their players card. (Bring passport)
I was told at the cage it adds to your bet. I'm thinking a $10 passline becomes $20 passline?
but because craps opens so late, i didn't test that theory
