the best nfl stadiums
so with the upcoming playoffs in hand in the NFL . we should look at the stadiums that the league have. some are great. some not so much.this year superbowl 47 will be played in the great superdome stadium in louisiana new orleans. its is safe to say that playing in an indoor stadium is much better then
in a open one. wheather is not a factor when playing in an indoor stadium and we feel this is more fair to both teams not to have to figure out wind and rain and etc.
so this year superbowl should be awesome. another thing to consider is stadium facilits. the super dome has good parking space and really nice facilits so that the thousends of fans that wil be going can be comftruble. also there is the tradition that thousands of fans camp in the parking aera hours before the game and barbeque and drink do get in the mood of things. we feel this year will be a great year fot super bowl. what will be next year? will have to wait and see. next year we will play in a good stadium as well and the (link deleted-Mission146) has been a big part of this great game for years now. so lets hope to have a great year and the best team will win

Indoor stadiums go against the spirit of the game. True they give fan comfort and "controlled" conditions, but football was made to be played outside. I have never been to an NFL game played indoors but have been told the "feel" is not there, as if you are watching it on TV. Having gone to an arena-game I can see what the people are saying.

I agree AZDuffman, that the game was meant to be played outdoors. I've enjoued attending Arena Football games in the past, though, as long as it is a packed house. There was an Arena Football team in a town pretty close to me, I think they may have been the second or third step down from the Arena Football League, but that place was packed and Rocking for every home game, it was incredible!!!
I deleted the link, in any event.
I have been to the University of Phoenix stadium, in a suite, and I will say it is quite nice, on the other hand the parking is the worst I have ever seen for a big event, if you can call NFL a big event
Personally I have no problem with Arena Football. Maybe one day I'll go to a game. But this is someone that thinks Cricket, Australian Rules Football, Hurling, Curling, etc. are also cool.
FWIW, Curling is my guilty pleasure of the Winter Olympics. I also like a little Aussie Rules football!
Cricket is also a great sport!
I don't know anything about hurling.
