Bets.io's Unexplained Scandal

The $15,385 dispute with Bets.io started as a personal case, but the more we investigated, the more questions we found about the company behind the platform.
“Bets.io accepted my KYC, allowed me to use the platform, and then closed my account while my funds remained withheld. I took the matter to Casino Guru, hoping an independent mediator could help resolve it. Instead, I was left without a clear explanation for why my money was being held or a satisfactory resolution to the dispute.”
That led us to look at other reported cases.
We found a Bitcointalk case involving a player who reportedly deposited $20,000 USDC, received around $6,000 back, and alleges that approximately $14,000 was confiscated without sufficient evidence being provided to explain the decision.
Then there is the reported 3 BTC "Gold Wheel" dispute, where a player claims the wheel landed on a much larger prize and that they had video evidence, yet received only a relatively small USDT payout.
We cannot independently verify every detail of these cases, but seeing multiple substantial disputes made me look beyond individual complaints and investigate the corporate connections surrounding Bets.io.
One name that stood out was Roman Bespalov.
Publicly available professional-history information reportedly shows Bespalov working with Alpha Affiliates in 2021, later joining Bets.io as Acting Head of Affiliates from December 2023 to April 2024, and subsequently returning to Alpha, where he became Team Lead and later Head of Affiliates.
That sequence immediately raised questions for me:
Alpha → Bespalov → Bets.io → Bespalov → Alpha.
It doesn't, by itself, prove that Alpha controlled every aspect of Bets.io or that Bespalov was involved in any player's confiscation. But it is a connection I believe deserves scrutiny, particularly because Alpha had previously been publicly linked to ownership of Bets.io.
There is another unanswered question: what happened between those earlier Alpha ownership claims and the current TESSERA LIMITED S.R.L. structure in Costa Rica?
Who ultimately owns TESSERA? What is its relationship with Alpha Affiliates? And how are the related brands and personnel connected?
These aren't accusations we expect people to simply accept without evidence. They are questions we believe Bets.io and the entities behind it should be willing to answer.
For me, this goes beyond my $15,385.
We am still waiting for a clear explanation of why my funds were withheld. And after finding other reported disputes and the apparent Alpha/Bets.io personnel connection, we think potential players deserve to understand who is actually behind the platform and who is accountable when something goes wrong.
If Bets.io believes my funds were withheld correctly, We want to know the specific reason, the applicable terms, and the evidence supporting the decision.
We are not asking for speculation. I am asking for answers.

The Costa Rican Shield Bets.io's Vanishing Act: A Casino Built on Confiscation

The $15,385 Casino Guru ruling isn't an error—it's proof of deliberate theft. Bets.io didn't merely keep a player's funds; they went silent. They confiscated KYC documents, froze the account, and when Casino Guru, a respected mediator, stepped in, Bets.io didn't decline—they disappeared. That's not customer service. That's fraud with a corporate registration.

This isn't an isolated case. A Bitcointalk thread documents a $14K seizure: a player deposited 200K) "Gold Wheel" case. The wheel landed on the jackpot, the player had video evidence, and the payout arrived as a token USDT amount. Manipulation or deliberate misreading of terms—the result is the same: the house pockets the prize.

The theft is structural. Bets.io claims to operate under TESSERA LIMITED S.R.L. in Costa Rica—a jurisdiction selected for its lack of accountability. But the history tells another story. In 2021, Alpha Affiliates, led by Boris Pashnev and Roman Bespalov, publicly stated they owned Bets.io. Bespalov moved from head of affiliates at Bets.io to Alpha. The personnel and operational links are documented. So what happened between Alpha's ownership and TESSERA? Who actually controls TESSERA? Why did the operator shift to a Costa Rican entity while the same figures and the same brand network (1Red, Loki, Spinch, 50Crowns) remain under TESSERA/SPINTERA?

This isn't a change of address—it's asset relocation. By hiding behind a Costa Rican SRL, these operators have shielded themselves from legal accountability. The 55 complaints, 18,170 black points, and "Very Low" safety rating on Casino Guru aren't just statistics—they're proof of a con.

Bets.io, backed by the Alpha/TESSERA network, has built its reputation on confiscation over communication. They take deposits, manipulate or reinterpret games, and when players complain, they vanish behind a corporate veil. Who owns TESSERA? The paper trail points to the same operators who ran Alpha. This isn't bad luck—it's a business model: take the money, close the account, hide behind a shell, and let complaints accumulate. With 55 cases and counting, they don't need to refund you. They just need to outlast you.

The $15K case is just the beginning. The real story involves $200K+ in alleged thefts, a corporate mystery, and the deliberate use of legal opacity to steal without consequence. Bets.io isn't just a casino. It's a theft machine. And the owners are watching.
