What is the house edge and variance on the following craps strategies?
1) Betting the pass line and always taking the max of 3 4 5 X odds
2) Betting the pass line with max 3 4 5 X odds and immediately making a come bet followed up by max 3 4 5 X odds
3) Betting the pass line with max 3 4 5 X odds and immediately making 2 come bets followed up by max 3 4 5 X odds
1) Betting the pass line and always taking the max of 3 4 5 X odds
2) Betting the pass line with max 3 4 5 X odds and immediately making a come bet followed up by max 3 4 5 X odds
3) Betting the pass line with max 3 4 5 X odds and immediately making 2 come bets followed up by max 3 4 5 X odds

Pass line with 3-4-5 odds is house edge of .374%
same for come with 3-4-5 odds.

I also agree on the combined house edge of 3X-4X-5X at 0.00374 per bet resolved from the WoOdds Craps table.
