if you had a 250 card deck.....and each card was numbered 1-250....and they were made random....what is the probability of them coming out in order 1-250?

1/250!. Double that if you can go low to high or high to low.

I believe it would be calculated (1/250)*(1/249)....

Not sure though, stats class was many, many moons ago.
