What Matilda was trying to say is, go to the Wizard's Video Poker page, scroll to the middle, and you'll see a discussion about it.
The short answer is, on a Jacks or Better machine, look for a Full House that pays 9, and a Flush that pays 6. That's what's referred to as a 9/6 machine. And that's the maximum payments you'll see - except in a positive expectation machine, such as one used for free play tournaments.
