I looked through Wizard of Odds for a calculator to help me calculate my edge in this game, but couldn't find one as accurate as I would like.
Here are the details:
Jacks or Better with TWO (2) Jokers in the deck
500:1 Royal (natural or with jokers)
100:1 Straight Flush
50:1 5 of a kind
40:1 4 of a kind
10:1 Full House
7:1 Flush
4:1 Straight
3:1 3 of a kind
2:1 2 pair
1:1 JACKS OR BETTER
The closest analyzer on the Wizard of Odds I found was the 'double joker kings or better'
Obviously this isn't a casino game, I just wanted to calculate my edge in this particular simulation. Thanks.

I would estimate the return for that is about 150%, based on my analysis of a similar pay table at the defunct Transnet casino. If you found this game at an online casino, I would urge to follow that link.
