As the title states, how many Joker-high pai gow (no pair) hands are there? I've played quite a bit, and think it an unusual and rather interesting hand (no real value to the Joker other than Ace). Even in practice, they make me pause.

On Wizard's Face Up Pai Gow page, he says the Joker-High Pai Gow payout has a probability of 0.41%, or once every 244 hands.

Now this probability doesn't count hands when both the dealer and the player have Ace-High, so the actual probability is going to be a little bit better than that.

I found that... thanks. I've known for quite a long time any Ace-High is about 1 in 10.7.
