Weird VP pay table

Ever seen a pay table like this? there's not really a "max" bet for the denominations but the pay table changes a bit when playing @ 2.50 which makes the 4 of a kind pay 150.00 ; and when playing @ 5.00 the 5 of a kind pays 5000.00 and the 4 of a kind 300.00.

Heres the table @ 0.25

Royal Flush(natural or with joker) ........ 50.00

I wouldn't be surprised if that was over 170% RTP. Check the company that supplies the game and the casino is legit.

Is this online? It could be some sort of weird, "Skill game," type thing or Class II Electronic Bingo. I've seen some of the, "Games of skill," where the paytable would be insanely good were the game actually random. I could take a picture, if needed.
