Okay math magicians, who can tell me the odds for these two Hold'em poker jackpot qualifiers?
1. Aces full of jacks or better beat by 4-of-a-kind or better. Both hole cards from both players must play. Best 5 cards, no tying the board. Kicker cards are ok. Example: board is A A A 5 8. A good jackpot is A9 vs JJ. No jackpot is A8 (or smaller then 8) vs JJ.
2. Aces full of anything or better beat by 4-of-a-kind or better. Both hole cards from both players must play. Best 5 cards, no tying the board. NO KICKERS ALLOWED. In other words 3-of-a-kind on the board does you no good for a jackpot, your 1 card quads will never work for a jackpot.
Example 1: board is A Ac Jc J Kc. A good jackpot is AK vs Qc 10c. No jackpot is AJ vs Qc 10c.
Example 2: board A A Ac Jc Qc. A good jackpot is 22 vs Kc 10c. No jackpot is 22 vs AK.
Now let's assume the game is 9 handed will all hands seeing the river.
I'm looking for an answer of 1 in ?????? hands dealt.
Thanks in advance.
