The break even percentage on a -110 bet is 52.38%. If a push is a loss, does that raise the break even percentage?

It's 52.38% of resolved (non-pushed) bets. IOW, that's only taking into account bets that win or lose and ignoring pushes.
x = wins
y = losses
z = pushes
The 52.38% number represents:
x/(x+y)
If pushes count as a loss, then you'll need:
x/(x+y+z) = 52.38%
So that you're breaking even.
