What is the probability of getting TEN (or face card) for Banker's 3rd card? Is it 0.13388? Thanks

For infinite deck it is 4/13 or around 30.8%. For defined number of decks it will vary slightly. Why is this of interest?

There’s a side bet I have seen for an 8 deck baccarat game. Based on combinations, it tells 00.13388. Just checking with others way.

Yikes, so 8 to 1 odds is giving player advantage of 20.49%? How do we get probability if we only need picture cards excluding the 10s (can we multiply by .75 and get 0.10041243 for a house edge of -9.63%)? Thanks Dog Hand

You are correct that the probability of the dealer getting a third card that is a picture is ¾ times the probability of any 0-value card. I should state that when I answered your original query, I assumed ANY 0-value card would qualify.
I will say that even in the latter case with a HE of 9.63%, the sidebet seems vulnerable to card counting.
