By "collect all", I'm assuming you mean the entire bet will be collected by the house.

Lose 1/2, HE = 3.73%

Lose all just doubles the HE, because the outright win-loss has equal probability. So Lose all HE = -0.074698, or 7.47%

Suited tie: 50 to 1 = .843373
So

30:1 = .506024
25:1 = .421687
