just wanna ask how can you calculate overall blackjack house edge if you play main bet+(21+3)+top3+perfect pairs? any data table for that? or method?

Determine the house edge for all the bets. Let's call them W, X, Y, and Z. Then determine how much you're betting on each, let's call them A, B, C, and D respectively.
Then you need to figure out your overall expected loss per round. That's simple, it's L = W*A + X*B + Y*C + Z*D. Then you determine how much you're betting per round, also simple, as it's M = A+B+C+D. Then the overall house edge is going to be L/M.
This, of course, is assuming you want to calculate the overall or average house edge for all the bets at once.
To determine the house edge for each bet individually, you can find all or almost all the information on the main Wizard of Odds website.
