If you would want to turn over either the like or dislike to the next thousand, which would be more likely to do it. On YouTube, pretty sure neither is updated in real time, so neither may be possible in reality. We have no way to actually know the three digits, that I know of.

You see 165k likes, 1k dislikes, which should you choose to notch either to the next thousand exactly, 166k or 2k? Generally on any YouTube video, but using this one as an example.Quote: megapixelsWhat?
The like because it's more likely to pass the whole thousand, because increasing at a faster rate. The dislike is more likely to be closer to 1000 than 2000.

I think you'd have to grade it on a curve. :) But I'd take the like by 100 to 1.
