Hey there. Big fan of Wizard of Odds and a journalist at the Fort Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel.
I'm writing about Royal Match 21 progressive jackpot feature, which just came to town. It pays if the player and the dealer both get K-Q suited.

The Wizard (he's capital letter in my book) offers this:
Six-Deck Progressive Royal Match — $10,000 Jackpot and No Other Players
Event Pays Combinations Probability Return
Crown Treasure $10,000 19,152.00 0.000008 0.082421
Royal Match $60 6,877,728.00 0.002960 0.177591
Straight Flush $10 82,762,560.00 0.035617 0.356171
Loser $0 2,234,014,380.00 0.961415 0.000000
Total 2,323,673,820.00 1.000000 0.616183

That means 19,152 times out of 2,323,673,820 it will hit.
Question: What probability is that? I keep doing it and get 8 out of 100,000 which goes to 1 out of every 12,500, which can't be right because jackpot starts at $10K. I know at least to ask you all.
Can someone please help? Thanks.

Actually 19,152 out 2,323,673,820 is 8 out of 1,000,000 (and not 8 out of 100,000.)

You slipped a digit.

I'll bet the reason is, is because you used a calculator, and couldn't easily review your work.

Next time, use Excel. You can display a LOT more than 8 digits with it....

As side bets go, it's not very good since it returns only 61.2% of the amount bet. Those are state lottery kinds of returns.
