Has anyone done a math study or run simulations to estimate what percentage of dealer hands "bust" while dealing blackjack assuming that at least one player remains active in the hand when it is time for the dealer to act on his hand using the "dealer must stand on soft 17" rule and the "dealer hits a soft 17" rule?

See the second question. Everything you want to know, and some things you never even considered, can be found on the Wiz's site.
BTW, the dealer busts more when hitting soft 17, but you'd still rather she stood.
