Hi,
I was reading the article on how to decontruct Atkin's Diet slot machine,
as well as the other Wizard of Odds site's examples.
I have some questions about reel stops and symbols placement.
Now I have a 3x1 slot with 1 payline.
How to adjsut number of symbols in reels and make it march desired RTP?
My way to do this is:
first, determine total number of symbols in each reel.
I assume each reel have 32 stops, total number of symbols is 32.
second, determine number of the lowest pay symbol.
Now I have 3 , 4 , 5 symbols in each reel.
And the rest stops of reel are 29, 28, 27
loop the process to rest symbols.
finally, I fill each reel with 32 symbols.
Is it a good way to adjust RTP?
It takes me a lot of time and I can't ever know it is good or not.
Could any one give me some advices please?
I know symbols placement doesn't effect RTP but volatility.
In wizard's article, I found every 3 consecutive stops have no the same symbol in reel.
Is it a rule for placement?
Are there other rules for placement?
Thanks.
