hi all and may the best of 2015 be your worst in 2016

it would be great if someone knows this game and could tell me the HE
there is a game with the name Bandar Ceme and I can't find any info about the HE in english language. the game's origin is China and played mainly in Malaysia and Indonesia. I did an online google translation of a site which explains the game but no word about the HE. I will post the link at the end of my posting.

it is a game that is played with domino cards. there are 28 domino cards. as seen here
http://thumbs.dreamstime.com/z/domino-set-25650287.jpg

house/dealer against up to 7 players. dealer deals 2 cards for him and the player. table looks like this
http://pokerbo.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/bandar-ceme-online.jpg

rules are
Dealer wins if his 2 domino cards number is higher than the players. highest number is a 9
dealer wins in case of a tie
in case a player has a 9 he gets paid double his initial bet

here is the link of the google online translation
http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=id&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fdomi88.com%2Fcara-bermain-bandar-ceme%2F

Bandar is translated as airport but it means the house/dealer. please let me know what more info you need.

and as always I apologize for my english

best

If I am reading the rules right, the HE is 1.1624% (loss of 1428 in every 122850 bet)

The way the game appears to be described, this is baccarat, except:
(a) The deck consists of the 28 cards you would get if each card was a domino from a double-six set (I am assuming "single-deck", i.e. 28 cards)
(b) Each player is dealt a separate hand
(c) Only bets on the player are allowed
(d) No third cards are dealt to anyone
(e) Ties go to the dealer
(f) A player win with a 9 pays 2-1.

hi

thank you very much for taking the time trying to help.

the rules are exactly as you described it with a single deck = 28 domino cards

I somehow thought the HE is much bigger because the tie goes to the house. but it looks like that the double payment for the players 9 is bringing the HE a lot back down.

do you see any chance to add a side bet or a jackpot for this game? the player would need to buy the side bet or jackpot chance before each deal

thanks again
