What is the probability of rolling any 3 numbers in a row in craps. Obviously using two fair, 6 sided dice.
Would it be
2(1/36)^3 + 2(2/36)^3 + 2(3/36)^3 + 2(4/36)^3 + 2(5/36)^3 + (6/36)^3 ?
or is it different because the first roll could be anything, then 2 repeaters?

The above looks correct to me. I would rephrase the question as, "What is the probability of rolling the same total three times in a row with two dice?"
