I like to play Keno Pop at pogo dot com just for fun, and yesterday, a lightbulb turned on. Seeing that the game allows several bonus-multiplier balls to randomly be inserted, I wondered at what the chances are of matching one, or two.
So I started with a "simple" side wager. In video keno every draw 2 of the 20 are selected to be bonus balls. One bets 4 coins on the regular outcome, at odds against, and the 5th coin activates the bonus. After looking up the odds for 2 of 20 from 80, I find out that paying 2x if one ball matches your picks, and 4x if both bonus balls match your picks is a 100% payout to the 2/20/80 paychart.
My question is are the odds of matching the bonus constant, or does it change according to how many numbers I selecct as the original bet? I.E. would it be better to take the bonus when wagering on 10 numbers, or 2 numbers, or it doesn't matter?
Side question... does any major manufacturer off this kind of VK wager?

Some people need to reimagine their thinking.
