First Card Ace

What would be the odds of winning if the player's first card was an Ace in Blackjack. Obviously the rules of the game would vary per configuration, but for this discussion can we assume single deck, double down on 10 & 11 only, dlr hits soft 17. Essentially what would the player's winning hand likelihood increase to?
