2/1 Blackjack Version #1
After each hand played, a new 4 deck shoe is shuffled and dealt. Blackjack pays 2/1. Dealer stands on soft 17. No double down. No splits. Late surrender available. Insurance pays 11/5.

According to my calculations 5Dimes actually do offer 2 versions of Blackjack where the player has an edge:
Blackjacks pays 2 to 1 Version2 +0.009 player edge and Blackjack pays 2 to 1 Version1 +0.037 player edge !

Nope. You would need to play perfect strategy. And you would need sufficient bankroll. And you would need to avoid being banned for "playing too good".

I guess by using basic strategy and D'Alembert betting cautiously one can go up proportionally. I'll see what goes after another 200 hand.

I didn't know 5dimes had different options. I played my last hand there months ago just to get some stats. Dealer hit soft 17 and no re split pairs and 7.5 to 5 for blackjack. Horrible rules.
My last hand there was a pair of sevens against the dealer 6 and I split and hit a 7 on each hand and tried to resplit and could not. Last hand played there.
