My hand has 6 diamonds. The other 7 diamonds will be distributed to the other 3 hands at 2.33 cards each on average. What percent of the time will my partner be void?

32/39 x 31/38 x 30/37 .....20/27 or about 4.3% of the time.

Thanks for your answer. Does this apply to any of the other 3 hands meaning my partner would be void

No. This was calculated for exactly one of the other 3 hands. Your partner will be void 4.3% of the time.
