the Luv Tub rooms at the Imperial Palace are the way to go. Not exactly jacuzzi, but cheap and a tub big enough for two, or maybe even three, Plus mirrors on the ceiling...

The Spa Suite at the Luxor is okay (the place is a little run down but you were looking to avoid top dollar), and the Celebrity Spa Suite at MGM is pretty nice too, though more expensive.

I will be staying at the Spa Suite @ the luxor, I will take pix and post them, its so hard to chose a room in Vegas! This trip will be my 3rd time there, and its always such a hard decision on where to stay, do I want a super cheap room that I will only sleep in or do I want a nicer room I can take a break from gaming and relax in, decisions decisions!

I stayed in a spa suite at Monte Carlo several years ago and liked it. The tub is out next to the window overlooking the strip which was nice.

as i mentioned in another post every trip to vegas i try to experience new things, casinos, food, etc. last year i decided to try rooms with a whirlpool/jacuzzi. i don't think i can go back to a standard room again! i tried ceasars, mandalay bay, luxor and ballys and loved them all. they each had something unique to appreciate. and even though we rent a car we still do alot of walking through the casinos, and coming back to a whirlpool/jacuzzi is the perfect way to end a long day. the room at ballys also has a huge steam shower. great! from steam shower to whirlpool is very relaxing.
but you have to ask to make sure what your getting as far as the 'spa', because some hotels call them 'jet tubs', whirlpool, or jacuzzi. i don't know what their definition of the word is, so i always ask what the 'tub' looks like and what it does. i usually look up the rooms online so i kind of know what i'm getting as far as the room goes. that's why i don't use the $20 trick because i want something specific, so i just ask how much to upgrade to a particular room. usually upgrading is way cheaper than trying to just book the room so i book a standard room, always with a comp or discount, then upgrade at the desk. sometimes you cannot book these rooms anyway because they are 'blocked off' or saved for the purpose of upgrading. they usually try to push the upgrade anyway if they have alot available. availability will also determine how much it would cost for the upgrade, so book a room in a hotel that doesn't have a convention or something special going on in it.
anyway, i think getting a 'spa room' is well worth it.
