You have such a very informative and helpful site for players and math enthusiasts!

However, in your articles, you advise players in Baccarat to always bet on Banker but in Super Six (which is practically the same as the UK Variant), the house edge on the banker bet is 1.46% compared to only 1.24% for the player.

Wouldn't it be better to bet Player?

Thanks.

This may sound strange, but not really, because it is so slim. At this close range, it would depend what actually happened in a session after the fact.
Let's put it this way to dramatize the effect:
One bet has a house edge of 1.9846522149823% and another bet a house edge of 1.9846522149824%. Once you get under about a 1% difference, the bets play about the same in terms of session variance. There are spreads of many points in crap prop bets, (any-7 being particularly bad), but I have seen players use them to advantage to save their come points or working bets when the dice rolled in their favor.

In other words, if you had a player play a brand new never-before seen game, and he played for two hours, he would not be able to tell you the house edge of the underlying game, (unless the noted the rules and mathematically computed it). He could tell you if he liked it or not.

Yeah, determined mainly by whether he won or not, but heavily influenced by the skimpy outfit worn by the young, attractive dealer.
That is why I think there really is no difference between the Pass Line and the Don't Pass Line at craps. The numbers are there but its just not enough to alter a naive player's experience.
