Once I played at an Internet casino where the player could select a bet range, like $1-$50, $5-$200, $10-$500, or $25-$1000. The rules in each were exactly the same. I think it was Unified Gaming back in 2000. I would be quite sure that the RNG was the same in each bet range. However, that begs the question, why have different ranges at all? If they were comfortable taking bets of $1 and $1,000, why not do it all at the same table?

As I recall, and it was a while ago, they didn't shuffle after every hand, like most online casinos do. They had some kind of respectable penetration. Keeping the bet spread in some kind of range controls the damage a card counter can do.
It's not whether you win or lose; it's whether or not you had a good bet.
