When playing a multi-denomination slot machine, such as Double Red, White, Blue (not a video slot), can the percentage of payout change based on the choice of denomination?
When playing a multi-line slot machine (again, not a video slot), can the percentage of payout change based on the number of lines selected?

Yes. It usually does, the higher the denom, the higher the return.

No, except if there is some kind of max-bet incentive. Like the jackpot can only be hit on the last payline.
