Hello,
I was in Macau this past weekend, I played craps at City of Dreams.
There were two tables with $50HK minimum. X5 Odds.
Crew runs table with English and basically no tips are expected. Very nice crew.

One interesting bet I wanted to ask was, within hardway bets, there is 'any hardway' bet offered at 4 to 1 win.
I wonder if this is good bet, wanted to know house advantage, etc.

Thanks,
Wizard

I get a probability of winning of 2/11, for a house edge of 9.09%. Anyone disagree?

One more information is that Any Hardway bet only goes down with roll of seven.

I figured that, or any easy 4, 6, 8, or 10.

By the way, are you named after Stompie Moeketsi?

No Wizard,
Just named after our puppet elephant.
Thank you very much for your input. Doesn't look like a good bet.
Had a great time in Macau gambling, many new joints being built there like 90s in Vegas.

Stompi is also a sentence construction in Afrikaans i believe. A few of the girls that help my mother are from South Africa. I harass them to teach me. They find it more amusing teaching me isiZulu. I can't get the Clicks right.

Funny you should mention that. I recently asked Paco how to say "yo momma" in that clicking African language, but I don't think he saw the question, or ignored it.
