I have sent out a few FOIA requests for information related to gambling. I focused largely on video lottery systems, but also requested documents pertaining to the approval of gaming devices. Some agencies have acknowledged the requests while others have not. "Three days" in government is like three months in the real world. No agency has fulfilled or denied a request yet.
I have ignored Nevada for the time being as I assume most people would go there first and I see nothing online. Have you been able to get any useful information from the Nevada Gaming Commission and Gaming Control Board?
What information have you been able to obtain through FOIA?

FOIA specifically applies to federal agencies.
However, each state has its own equivalent that may or may not have the same or similar title or abbreviation.

I tell you it’s wonderful to be here, man. I don’t give a damn who wins or loses. It’s just wonderful to be here with you people.

Typically, pedant, people just say "FOIA" even though Nevada's law is the Public Records Act, Ohio's law being called the Open Records Act (which does not require that requests be in writing and even allows anonymous requests), and New York's law being called FOIL. "Open records" or "open information" may require some explanation while "FOIA" is generally understood.
For those who are interested in the specific laws for each state, the information is here.

FOIA requests are big on YouTube as frauditors use them as an excuse for their nonsense.

Everyone has the right to ask a question even if they are wrong … if the police have some benefit of the doubt we as people have some as well
