Hey everyone,
If someone’s playing unrated and after say an hour the pit convinces them to get a player’s card, can they manually add the previous unrated time as courtesy?

The systems that I worked on could allow that.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

If they are using Shufflemaster (Light & Wonder) Casino Management Program and TableView for table games they definitely can. I do it almost every day.

As a customer service thing, they should. I’ve seen it happen often in poker rooms of all different casinos.
