Let me rephrase my question to make it more clear.
If all four cards are out in a hand of Baccarat, and one of the Players cards is exposed, and it is an 8, what are the chances of the Players winning the hand at that point?

With an 8-deck shoe, I get:

Win: 54.2526 % (1,568,797,136,488 / 2,891,653,311,897)
Lose: 36.3089 % (1,049,927,251,360 / 2,891,653,311,897)
Tie: 9.4385 % (272,928,924,049 / 2,891,653,311,897)

8-deck shoe, I get:

PLAYER 1st card is "8", so left 415 cards in the shoe, total combinations = 415 * 414 * 413 * 412 * 411 = 12,015,380,469,960

Win: 0.538370 (6,468,722,501,248 / 12,015,380,469,960)
Lose: 0.365435 (4,390,841,129,344 / 12,015,380,469,960)
Tie: 0.096195 (1,155,816,839,368 / 12,015,380,469,960)
