Where is your favorite place and what is your favorite game to play? (Actually, lets make this a two parter, favorite casino and game for table games, and favorite casino and game for video games).

My favorite table game is pai gow (tiles). I'm happy to play at any casino that has it, and rewards me for my play. For video poker I like high-limit 9/6 Jacks. Considering player rewards, the MGM properties all are tied for the best.
