I was watching a movie the other night and Billy the Kid was calling Pat Garrett "Big Casino" and Pat called him "Little Casino".
It brought back memories from a long time ago when I played a card game with my parents that had cards or hands with those names.
Does anyone know the game? I think Little Casino was the two of Spades.
In NYC, some people call cancer the Big Casino.

I also played this game as a child, but I have no recollection what the rules are. Now there's a 10 of diamonds bouncing around my head, so maybe there's a slightly better than 1 in 52 chance that this was the big casino card?
