re IF/REVERSE in Vegas?

Hi.
Do Vegas books Westgate, WillHill, Cantor offer IF betting everywhere/or limited to: kiosk, online, in person. And is it limited in any way?
For example, 5Dimes offers this on anything on the board, and even allows a much later game to be chosen first, and the bet amounts can be anything up to the projected total win amount.
And one can also create IF bets even @ a zero balance from a pending bet.
PS this is not a tilt perspective, it's just very useful when games are fairly simultaneous and/or strong play(s) in a series start much later.
