Bonus Question

I recently moved to Ignition from Bovada and had a question about the rollover bonuses. When you get a 20x rollover bonus and play blackjack with a .5% rake is it a wash? I tried to do the math and found that it was very close to break even.

There are still a few unanswered questions. Do you have to wager 20x deposit + the bonus (i.e. $1500 x 20?) Is the 5% listed here the contribution to the wagering requirement?
Assuming the WR is $1500 x 20, and BJ only contributes 5% to the WR, your playthrough would be $1500 x 20 x 20 = $600,000. Playing entirely on BJ w/ a .5% HE, you are expected to lose $3,000 while playing through the $600,000.

When you say ".5% rake" I'm assuming you mean a 0.5% HE.
I had a look around myself and found this:

I need more information about the specific promotion to tell you more about it but from the available information it looks profitable if you play BJ.
If you can provide a link to the promotion I can tell you the EV of the bonus.

Some sites have "20x" rollover, but that's only if you play slots. In the fine print it'll say "if you play BJ it's 40% rollover" or something stupid. You really need to understand the promotions 100% before jumping in to bed with them.
Playing it correctly means you've already won.
