iNetBet ripped me off,simply refusing to pay me the $1800 in my account,after I had some decent luck at Joker Poker. They give an absurd excuse that I somehow exposed them to a chargeback. I literally did not know the meaning of that word. Bizarrely,they had sent me a check which I put in my bank account,where it stayed from the 26th of February to the 16th of March,when they stopped payment. Now,they refuse to even discuss the matter,even though I finally offered to let them keep $500,which they say was what the so-called chargeback cost them.
I spoke to a fraud specialist at my very large U.S. bank. He was sympathetic and agreed that I was correct,but that they had no power once the money was in a foreign country .
Does any one know of any possible recourse ?
