Question for the Wizard---Baccarat

I have 20k that I plan on playing on Baccarat and was wondering if you have any advice on what is the best way I can win 60k?

Statistically, does it matter if I just bet the whole 20K on one hand? And doing that three time on either Banker or Player?

Or should I start off with a smaller amount? Perhaps 5k, and then gradually increasing my bets depending on how I do?

The most likely way to turn $20k into $60k is to make as few bets as possible.

You should bet everything your first bet on banker. If you win, pay your $1,000 commission, and you have $39,000 left. Now you should bet $22,110 on banker. If you win, you will have $60,004.50.

If you lose, you will have $16,890. You should bet all of that. If you win, you will have $32935.5 after paying commission. Your next bet should be $28,490. If you win you will have $60,001.

Thanks for the input! So you suggest two straight banker bets with at least 20k in the case I win the first bet?

And if I lose the second hand, then bet all of that again on banker?

So every bet should be on banker, to take care of the slight statistical edge the banker has correct?

Would your advice change if the casino imposes a 20k max bet limit? Thanks!

The rule of thumb is to try to get to your goal in as few bets as possible. If the casino has a betting limit then you have to work within that. Just make bets as large as possible to achieve your goal if you win.

I suggest banker because the house edge is lower. Every time you place a bet, your expected loss is equal to the house edge times the amount of the bet.

That is also the reason to make as few bets as possible.
