what are the odds with one deck, and the dealer hits a soft 17, that a blackjack dealer gets a blackjack or hits to 20 or 21?

i am looking for the answer before the deal. assume from a 52 card deck. do you think this is possible to compute?

It is there. Add (under the ALL row) for single deck, dealer hits S17, the percentages for 20, 21, and Blackjack.
It is 30.1623%

I believe the dealer is more likely to get bjs if he has family money.
