No need to shout, but I believe you are asking about lucky ladies. Google it, but i think it pays 4 to 1 for a 20, and pays more for special 20s. There is a good table and a less good table. The good table will pay 200 to 1 for 2 queen of hearts, while the less good one pays 125 to 1 for same hand.

Could also be referring to the less common Royal 20, where you can also bet on the dealer to have a 20.
The paytable differences referred to above are the "better" paytable designed for double deck and the "worse" paytable designed for six deck as you are more likely to end up with a suited 20 and much more likely to end up with a matched 20 on a six deck.

The queen of hearts pair will also pay 1000 to 1 if the dealer has BJ. I saw both pay tables on the WOO website under BJ side bets. CET properties and NCL Casinos at sea have the not so good Lucky Ladies variant.

And then there are also the King's Bounty and King's Bounty Deluxe paytables.
The Deluxe version seems to be severely clipped in comparison, but if you win, you can parlay your winnings onto your blackjack wager, if you like your 20 hand.

May the cards fall in your favor.
