I usually play in Macau casinos and there are only csm games in Macau.
I checked in wizardofmacau that we should surrender 14 v 10.
However, in Fab 4, 14 should only surrender against 10 when TC >= 3.
In csm games it is not often to have TC >= 3.
So why it suggests surrender 14 v 10 but not hit instead?

Oh, I found what you were looking at: http://wizardofmacau.com/games/blackjack.html
It's because the rule is for "early surrender." Not "late surrender" as we have in the US. Look at the first link I gave for more detail about the surrender.

Thank you for your response.
So you mean Fab 4 is for late surrender? And I should follow that in wizardofmacau and surrender 14 against 10 no matter what the index is (I know it is kind of useless counting csm games)?
