Four card poker strategy discrepancy

I've noticed that there a couple different versions of basic strategy for this game. Wizard of odds says the fold anything less than a pair. However, many other sites, along with shufflemaster, say to fold deuces and lower. I realize this may be a math question, but thought I'd ask about the discrepancy here.
