Cool, sorry I was kind of being snarky there, I hate places that take $ for jackpots. I'm not a math guy but I'm sure someone on here will answer.

The odds of any random hand ending up being 4 J's or better, if played to the showdown, is about 1 in 1200. This is just the probability that any seven random cards will result in a combination which would beat 4 10's, and is independent of the number of players at the table. This is a purely mathematical answer which does not even begin to address the practical complexities of the game.
I think to get a meaningful answer to your question, you would have to address some of the following questions:
How often would you fold J-3 offsuit before the flop, only to see 3 J's turn up on the board? Or not see it, because somebody wins the hand before the turn?
How often will you fold pocket jacks if your raise gets raised and re-raised?
