Bodog.com - Seized by US Govt

I'm sure you guys are more up-to-speed than me on this, but I tried going to Bodog.com and was semi-surprised to see it taken down by the US Govt. Talk about a crackdown. Why is it so wrong to gamble in your underwear in the safe reclusive confines of one's own home with a beer in one hand and cheese-dog in the other?

This was discussed in another thread. I have libertarians leanings too, so am not a good one to answer your question.

Anyway, if you're in North American go to bovada.lv, otherwise go to bodog.eu.

why gambling is bad if your home?

I find two main answers to this both of which I disagree with.
A) Some religions say it's bad.
B) Politicians can't steel all they want aka TAX.

And a third one that could have been resolved a decade ago.
C) Protect people from fraud.

You are guilty of that most henious crime known to man. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. This crime will not be tolorated in any civilized country on the planet. Do you dare deny that you are guilty of Recreation without Taxation ?
