July 20 marks the anniversary of the date in 1969 that Neil Armstrong became the first human to set foot on the Moon. As a bit of trivia, Who was the last person to walk on the moon? As usual, no internet aids.

don't you think it a little cruel to include Grissom and Lovell in the choices? After all, one died on the Apollo 1 accident and the other was denied a landing on the Apollo 13 accident.

No. They were all heroes and deserve to be remembered and celebrated, just as much as Cernan.

I agree that including Gus Grisson was in bad taste. But including Lovell, not so much.
They are good choices for poll options because they were featured in movies.
Personally, I would have included a different "Right Stuff" personality: John Glenn.
