Has anyone been to the point where the borders of Nevada, Arizona and Utah meet? Is there anything to see there? Is it easy (and free) to access?

From GoogleMaps, using the satellite image feature, there seem to be a network of dirt roads in that area and one of them makes a turn in the Arizona section right at the north-west corner of the state. There even seems to be a little parking lot. However, there is a wash in the area and just a maze of roads so I bet it wouldn't be easy to find. You almost never get cell phone coverage in the middle of the desert, so a GPS won't help much.
Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever been to a point where three, or four, states meet. I should do something about that. Been real close at the Avi in Nevada, but the actual point where Nevada, California, and Arizona meet is in the middle of the Colorado River, so one wouldn't be able to find it exactly.

An actual GPS unit (Garmin, TomTom, etc.) would be very handy in that scenario.

Good point. I was more thinking of the one on my phone, but my bike computer is satellite-based but I don't trust to show all those dirt roads. However, just knowing the GPS coordinates of the destination, to know what direction to go, would get you there.

I am under the impression that Four Corners (Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona) isn't in the correct spot - or at least, it wasn't until somebody (not necessarily officially) modified the borders so that now it is.

I think a few borders have been moved so that the physical markers on the ground apply. You can see the bend in the google map.Quote: ThatDonGuy...Four Corners...isn't in the correct spot...until somebody...modified the borders so that now it is.
Thanks for the topic, it's been fun looking round the internet at some of the points where three states meet.

it occurred to me today that there are casinos at a lot of these points. The IA/WI/IL point (in the Mississippi) is very near the Mystique boat in Dubuque, IA. The MN/IA/SD point is where the Grand Falls casino is. And the drive down the access road at Downwinds in OK involves crossing through MO, KS, and OK (there's a marker in the road at the actual triborder)...about 100 yards from the hotel.
