Fund switching

Hi. Just wanna ask what is fund switching? And why they have confiscated my winnings.? The reason they gave me is that I made fund switching. That I have multiple account with same ip address. I dont know what they mean. But I do have different wallet accounts that I use to fund my gambling. I also have different game platforms I use in playing. I never had any problems withdrawing from other platforms. Not especially with gcash games which I'm sure a legit gaming platform. But with this particular platform which I got very lucky by betting large amount on a particular game and won 104k in that game they told me because of multiple account they refuse to pay me.. They wouldn't release my winnings and confiscated it. Why?

Do you have multiple accounts at the same Casino? I've never heard the term fund switching, but it almost sounds like they're accusing of you of some type of scheme to divert funds from one account to the other, they might consider that money laundering.

I check the reportn they filed but it looks like this:

Fund switching ([name of game] to lobby) ₱₱₱₱₱
Date time. Bal.
Fund switching (lobby to [name of game]) -₱₱₱₱₱
Date time. Bal.


A long list of this. Fund switching from lobby to a game. Fund from that game to lobby then Fund from lobby to a new game and so on.

Since I never dis anything can i file a complaint gor further investigation? Where? Its an online gaming platform.

What jurisdiction of the license? That's where you should file a complaint.

I'm not sure why they would care if you were transferring funds back and forth from the lobby to the casino unless you were doing so to exploit bonuses.

If it's not about the bonuses I'm at a loss as to why they would even care unless you're somehow going back and forth in different currencies while exploiting inefficiencies in the exchange rate or something like that.

Perhaps the casino lobby is just an intermediary for multiple different casino platforms and for whatever reason it looks suspicious on their end.

Can you tell us what casino it is?
