Hey guys! Long time lurker, first time poster here.
Does anyone out there have any experience with HHR machines?
Although they don't use RNG's or pseudo RNG's, from what I understand and please correct me if I am wrong, every spin is still random. It just uses a database of numbers based off of previous horse races. That said, would it be safe to assume that the same AP strategies could be applied to these machines? I am hoping someone can shed some light on this for me, Thanks!

I have never seen electronic horse racing games that could be AP'd. Promotions might be able to be taken advantage on them but I doubt you can beat the game.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.
