How to ask management permission to link to my website?

Hi. I just posted a link to a strategy I had created for 9/7 Triple Double Bonus here as an answer to somebody who had asked for a strategy, but the link was removed by an unnamed administrator, saying I need permission from management:

How do I get such permission?

I've just taken a look at the link previously Redacted in that other post.
Though your blog site is slightly monetized, I recognised the quality of your linked material and did not deem your link to be spam or inappropriate in any way.

I also recognise that you are a well established member in good standing.

I've provisionally reinstated your link out to your content. Pending Wizard's final say.

Wizard gives we mods a good degree of discretion and I can't see him objecting to my action. I'll be running it by him for post-approval, as a courtesy to him, but I don't envisage any problem.
